Product Description

SRD-211 is made of plant fibers such as cotton linter as the main raw materials, modified and grafted by alkalization, etherification and other processes, giving the product hydrophilic and lipophilic characteristics. The hydroxyl and ether bonds on the fibers and particles of SRD-211 are hydration groups. On the one hand, they can promote the dispersion of SRD-211 in water-based drilling fluid, on the other hand, they can ensure the adsorption and enrichment of SRD-211 near the wellbore. The temporary plugging zone formed has a good plugging effect while drilling. The particles and fibers in SRD-211 are multi-level distribution, mostly in micron state. These fibers and particles can also enter the pores and micro fractures of permeable formation under the action of positive pressure, which has good bridging and plugging effect, and has good temporary plugging effect on the leakage of permeable sand layer. The recommended dosage is 1-2% (w/v).
