Product Description
SRC-118 elastomer for oil well cement, using the crack resistance and toughening properties of composite fibers to improve the toughness of cement stone.
It can improve the cement mechanical properties like increasing impact-resistant toughness, reducing elasticity modulus and increasing Poisson’s ratio. Applied in oil-well cement, it can obviously improve the cement resistance against perforation, fracturing and other mechanical impacts. Furthermore, it can improve the stability of cement slurry, reduce its free water, fills small space and increase its compactness, prevent corrosion, increase adhesive properties and accelerate the early development of cement compressive strength.

Characteristics
 Non-toxic, odorless
 Common dosage is 1.5﹪~4.0﹪(BWOC)
 There is no adverse effect on the thickening time, rheology and free water of the cement slurry, and the compressive strength is obviously improved.
 Applicable to all types of cement slurry.
 Available for dry mixing, but not available for mixing with water.
