Type 1: CQY-2 Sealing Agent Fiber (LCM) for cement slurry

Product Brief
CQY-2 Sealing Agent is a new type of toughened fiber plugging material used in cement slurry to enhance crack prevention and to work as leakage prevention. It is a synthetic fiber made by special treating processing. Adding CQY-2 fiber to cement slurry can improve the leakage resistance of cement slurry by forming a uniform network structure, and can improve the pressure bearing capacity of permeable formation and small fractured formation.
CQY-2 fiber (short-cut strands of very fine monofilament) can improve the toughness and strength of cement stone.
CQY-2 can be used in different casings, and is helpful to improve logging quality and improve cement bonding quality.
The surface of CQY-2 fiber is coated with (silane) wetting agent, which is modified to make it have better dispersant efficiency.
Suggested adding volume:0.3% - 0.8% (BWOC).

Type 2: Cement Sealing Agent (LCM) CQY-6

Description and Primary Function:
CQY-6 used in wells is a kind of gray or white sealing fiber. According to the fiber length, it can be divided in to 5mm, 10mm and 19mm. When adding with CQY-6, cement slurry can act much better in sealing and improve the cementing quality of high-absorption and high-fractured wells. CQY-6 can also raise the tenacity and impact resistance of cement. Carrier fiber can also clean the well bore effectively.

Interaction with Other Additives:
It is compatible with other additives, adapt to all kinds of water.

Method of Application:
Dry mixed with cement, wet mixed with cement slurry or mud and stir sufficiently.

Packing and Storage:
Packed with paper or other special industrial package for powders. Store in a cool place, avoid putting together with other materials. Keep it away from a long-time direct sunshine, ignition sources and heat. Two years of storage period. If overdue, need to retest before use it.
