Plus Series Mud Motor (Used for Rotary Steerable System)

The Plus Series Motor is special developed for RSS, usually, it is longer than normal motor, the speed rate is slow but the torque is high than normal motor. It’s very suitable for direction well when use RSS. It can provide slow speed rate (90~140rpm @ 6.75” motor) and high torque (maximum torque 14000Nm @ 6.75” motor).

The DF motor consist of five sub-assembly (see Figure): top sub & bypass valve, motor catch & rotor catch top subs, power section, driveshaft assembly & bent housing assembly and bearing assembly.
